PurchaseNow automatically gathers PO information from one of two sources:

  1. TicketMaster API

  2. Client EmailParser accounts

 

The vast majority of purchases come from EmailParser accounts that are setup at client onboarding. It is important that these accounts are kept up to date in the Terminal Accounts page.

 

Pro Tip

Typically when purchases are not flowing into PurchaseNow it is due to the EmailParser account being Invalid. Make sure the account is set up with a valid password in the Terminal Accounts page before taking additional troubleshooting steps.
