PurchaseNow automatically creates purchase orders. PurchaseNow monitors emails from an EmailParser account where all purchase emails should be forwarded.
When setting up your accounts, please take note of the following requirements:

PurchaseNow requires that a Gmail account be used as the EmailParser account. Emails with a different domain (e.g., yahoo.com, hotmail.com) are not supported.

All emails that receive purchases should be routed to the EmailParser account.

PurchaseNow will monitor the contents of the Gmail account directly. It is important that TA always has the current credentials and recovery information.

All forwarding of buying accounts should be set up by the client prior to the onboarding process.

If a buying account is missed, PurchaseNow will not always be able to PO these tickets if the emails are forwarded at a later time.
