Setting up auto-delivery via TA URL is straightforward from the Events, Listings, and Undelivered Orders pages!

  1. Select the ticket(s) you want to deliver via TA URL.

  2. Click the Update Delivery Method action from the action menu.

     3. Change the Delivery Method to URL.

 

 

 

This action will ensure that your listings have the appropriate tags and details to be able to deliver URLs when they sell.

 

Please keep in mind the criteria for orders to be tried by the URL Delivery Service:

  1. Invoices must be undelivered.

  2. Invoices must be created on or after 12/18/2023.

  3. Invoices must have a Delivery Method of URL.

  4. Invoices must have URLs loaded and associated.

 

Pro Tip

 

You can view URLs from the U column in Events, Listings, and Undelivered Orders pages. Listings with URLs will have a green URL icon that when clicked will display the individual URLs!
