Account Surrender involves providing account login information to a buyer for tickets that cannot be transferred.

Pro Tip The listing(s) must be unbroadcast before Account Surrender can be set up. |
To set up a listing for Account Surrender:

From Events or Listings pages, click Add Notes from the Hamburger menu.

Select the External Notes dropdown.

Check the Account Surrender box and click Add.
When you apply the Account Surrender note, a few actions are taken:

Account Surrender is applied to the External Notes.

The Stock Type is set to Paper.

The In Hand Date is manipulated…

If the Event Date is Today or Past, the listing is set to "In Hand."

If the Event Date is in the future the In Hand Date is set to be equal to the Event Date.
