How to Assign Accounts to Listings

Having correct accounts assigned to your listings is very important when it comes time to fulfill orders. The account(s) assigned to a listing indicate to the user and to Ticket Attendant where tickets can be found when fulfilling.

 

To assign accounts to your listings, use the Update Assigned Account from the Events or Listings page.

From there, you have two options:

Assign New Account

Assign the account where tickets can be found for the given listing.

Remove Assigned Account(s)

Remove all accounts from the listing and mark the listing as Manual Delivery by Client. This means that the client is assuming responsibility for delivering the tickets themself.
