In-Hand Date Policy

You are expected to provide all necessary information, in advance, so that we can fulfill orders by the in-hand-date.  This means we need the information before the in-hand date.  If you cannot provide this information in time, you will be responsible for any fees associated with obtaining replacements or cancellation costs.
